The privacy, terms, refund, delivery and security pages are in English only, because the English text is the binding one and a translation would not be.

Step by step
It is checked by our own code first, before any AI sees it, for things we decline to test. If it is declined, a shortened copy with contact details removed is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
It is stored in our database in Mumbai, India.
To write the panel and the report it is sent, with your answers and any file, through OpenRouter to the AI models of Google, Mistral AI or Anthropic. Each request carries the settings that refuse providers which train on prompts and route only to endpoints listed as keeping nothing.
It is never used to train a model by us, and the settings above refuse model providers that would.
Our own operator pages show counts, costs and run numbers, not the text of a brief.
It stays until you delete the session from your account page, or delete the account. A share link you made stops working when you delete it.
