The privacy, terms, refund, delivery and security pages are in English only, because the English text is the binding one and a translation would not be.

When credits come back to you, automatically or when you ask.

Automatic
If a report you paid for does not arrive, the whole credit comes back to your balance. If the work stops part way, it is returned within five minutes of the time the run page shows.
If a report arrives but our side failed in a stated way (a whole position on the panel returned nothing, fewer than nine of ten people answered, the report could not be traced to the panel, or the report needed its reserved retry and still failed), a third of what it cost comes back on its own, up to 3 times a month per account.
An automatic refund is not given when we flagged the brief as too thin to answer before you paid.
Asking
For anything else, including credits you bought and have not used, write to support@entrifie.com from the address on the account. We answer within one business day.
Money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Razorpay.
Cancelling
There is no subscription to cancel. You buy credits when you want them, and you can delete your account at any time from the account page.
